KIDE EMF compact roof-mounted refrigeration unit with centrifugal condenser fan

Centrifugal Version – KIDE EMF

Available by special order

Need a roof-mounted unit for an indoor cold room, where the condenser's warm air can't vent freely? The KIDE EMF is the centrifugal-fan version of our compact roof-mounted unit. Its centrifugal condenser fan lets you duct the warm exhaust air outside or to another room.

  • Same compact roof-mounted design as the EMR, for small cooler and freezer rooms
  • Centrifugal condenser fan for ducted exhaust air, up to 10 m duct length (min. duct diameter 250 mm for Series 100, 315 mm for Series 200–300)
  • Designed for indoor installation
  • Evaporator in a fully sealed, insulated enclosure with optimized airflow
  • Pre-charged, with hot-gas defrost and multi-function electronic control with 5 m remote
  • Exhaust air duct available as an accessory
  • ETL certified for Canada

How to order

EMF units are built to order and shipped directly from the KIDE factory. Tell us your cold room size, temperature and where the unit will be installed, and we'll confirm the right model, lead time and price.

How the exhaust duct connects

KIDE EMF ducted installation diagramThe EMF unit sits on the cold room roof. Warm condenser air leaves the centrifugal fan on the side of the unit and is ducted outside the building, up to 10 metres.OUTSIDECOLD ROOMcooler or freezercold airKIDE EMFcentrifugal fan insidewarm airoutExhaust air duct — up to 10 mMin.
