Built for Fresh Meat: Double Coil & Low-Velocity Air

The FRDM is built inside the way a meat case should be: two evaporator coils and gentle, low-velocity airflow. It holds meat at a steady temperature without drying it out.

Double coil: a top (canopy) coil and a bottom coil cool the case from above and below, for an even temperature from front to back
Low-velocity air: gentle airflow reduces drying and shrink, so fresh meat keeps its colour and weight longer
Quality build: copper piping, insulated refrigerant lines, quality valves and a clean stainless interior
